Cypress Family Guidance Counseling offers services to those who struggle with addiction or abuse of substances. As this struggle manifs itself in family issues, relationships issues, interpersonal conflicts, and occupational stress, CFGC offers hope for recovery. Michelle Swanson is our Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor who will tailor a treatment plan that encompasses relapse prevention, solution oriented brief therapy, 12-step base, and cognitive behavioral therapy. She values individual client care and focuses her understanding and compassion for true personal growth into the therapeutic process.
Referrals to our Program and goals for treatment:
- Mandated/court ordered Adult treatment. This individual treatment is subject to the approval of each individual probation officer.
- RECESS program dedicated to the recovery of Adolescents who abuse substances and this abuse is effecting one or more areas of their lives: education, family, social, community, and/or general daily functioning.
